WellPal will be distributed through the Apple App Store. Pricing has not been announced and will be published with the App Store listing. The paragraphs below describe how App Store purchases work, so you know what to expect before there is anything to buy.
Apple handles the money, and the refunds
For anything bought through the App Store, Apple is the seller of record. Apple takes the payment, holds the receipt, and decides refunds under its own media services terms. We do not see your payment details, cannot process a charge, and cannot issue a refund ourselves — not as a policy choice, but because the transaction is not ours to reverse.
To request a refund you would go to reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab) and sign in with your Apple Account. Apple’s decision is Apple’s.
Cancelling a subscription, if there is one
Any subscription would be managed in your Apple Account settings — Settings, your name, Subscriptions on an iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We cannot cancel it for you, and we cannot see that you have.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK
You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content there is a specific exception, and it is worth knowing before you buy rather than after: once download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right, the right is gone. Confirming an App Store purchase is that consent.
This does not touch your statutory rights if what you bought is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those rights are unaffected by anything on this page, and you can raise them with Apple or with us.
